Parents and educators play a crucial role in preparing students with Down syndrome for a life that reflects full inclusion in the community and labour force. Full participation is enhanced when citizens are able to read, understand, and conduct daily monetary transactions with independence. Successful teaching will reflect an understanding of the learning strengths and challenges associated with Down syndrome, and incorporate strategies to increase student engagement.

Please join us on Friday, October 20 as we come together to learn, share, and inspire.

Check In: Registration desk opens at 8:15 am

Cost: $100 (standard) | $75 (GVDSS members) – includes coffee, snacks and lunch

Registration is open until October 16. Please register early to secure your spot!
