Answering the Call

A Fundraiser for the Alzheimer Society of BC and the Down Syndrome Research Foundation

This September, Bill Der - who is legally blind - will tackle the challenge of a lifetime with his son Spencer and Salim and Safiya Kamani, as they climb Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for the Alzheimer Society of BC and the Down Syndrome Research Foundation. Together, they have set an ambitious goal of raising $15,000 for each charity.

Help send the team on their way by joining them for a fun musical evening featuring karaoke and dancing, along with a delicious 10-course Chinese dinner.

When: August 21, 2016 at 6:30 pm
Where: Pink Pearl Restaurant (1132 E Hastings St. Vancouver)

As you sing your heart out, you'll also hear more about the journey ahead for Bill and Spencer, and become acquainted with the two worthy causes that will benefit from their efforts. Net proceeds from the event will be shared by the charities.

Tickets are priced at $50 (plus $1.90 service charge), which includes dinner. Space is limited - reserve your spot today! (Note: Karaoke participation will be by donation.)
