There’s Ups and DOWNS – A Parental Wellness Series Session 3: Self-Care

Engaging in a regular mindfulness practice has been proven to have many benefits for parents of children with developmental disabilities, including increased parenting satisfaction and presence during tough parenting tasks, as well as better child behaviour. In this session, as well as during the remaining videos in the series, parents will learn a variety of mindfulness practices.

This video is funded in part by the Government of Canada.
