Liv Meriano’s Virtual Office

Liv (she/her) completed her undergraduate degree in Speech Sciences at Brock University prior to completing her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, with a minor in Audiology, at the University of British Columbia. Her undergraduate and master’s research focused on the effects theatre and improv programs have on social-pragmatic skills, something she continues to see the benefits of, facilitating Let’s InterACT: An Integrated Improv Ensemble. Liv has always known she wanted to work with children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, being a sibling of one. She remains passionate about providing person-centered care and strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy, being neurodivergent herself. Outside of work, Liv enjoys live entertainment, outdoor activities, traveling and making homemade pasta in the company of her friends and family.
