Raise Me Up is a small group program for teenagers and young adults with Down syndrome focusing on self-esteem and healthy relationships.

Join certified Trainer and Fitness Instructor Tony Gallo in a fitness journey filled with music, fun and supportive camaraderie.

In this program, creativity is key! We will take a hands-on approach to learning to work with watercolours, pastels, pencil, paper, and more. Students will take inspiration from both real life and a variety of famous artists. Together we will create art to build understanding of space, shape, colour, and value.

Come connect and socialize through karaoke at DSRF! Hosted by Lizzie Carolan (SLP) and other DSRF staff, the goal of this program is to provide an inclusive space for anyone and everyone who loves music and the fun of karaoke!

Get ready to pop and lock! This camp will focus on learning a choreographed hip hop routine to perform on the last day as well as fun games and freestyle activities to allow dancers to have a balance between learning structured movements and letting loose to explore their own style.
